Returns & Refunds
Eligibility: Once you place an order for a DNA health test kit, you will lose your right to cancel the contract once the DNA swab has been used. If the swab has NOT been used, you will be eligible to send the DNA health-check kit back within 14 days, and you will receive a refund at cost price, lest any additional postage where relevant.
Non-refundable Items: Due to the nature of our products and services, we cannot accept returns on used swabs or opened packages. You also do not have the right to cancel the purchase once the automatic download of your protected PDF File starts on the Application. You are not entitled to a refund unless the digital content is faulty.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
Shipping Costs
