Are DNA Health test kits accurate?

We use an accredited laboratory in Europe that uses precision testing machines. However, it is possible, although highly unlikely and rarely occurs, that there aren’t enough cheek cells on your cotton swab that can be tested. To avoid this, follow the enclosed instructions carefully.

How do I take a DNA health test kit at home?

Inside your kit, you will receive a set of instructions on what to do and what not to do before collecting your sample. That includes not eating anything at least 1-2 hours beforehand. Once you’ve collected your sample, simply place it into the prepaid return envelope and send it off to get tested.

How long will I wait for my results?

Once the lab receives your sample, you can expect your results in 4-6 weeks.

What happens to my DNA sample and data after the test?

First and foremost, your DNA data will never be sold by us! Rest assured that you have full control over what you decide to do with your data and DNA sample after taking the test; that includes having it deleted and destroyed permanently.
